WELCOME 2006!!!

WHAT?! It's already January 7th, 2006! I haven't been to school for a whole month and where did it go? I got up to an alarm this morning and that sucked! Monday will be another rude awakening, but there is some light shining through from the end of the tunnel. I've been waiting for 2006...only 4 months of school left. PERIOD! Unless by some bad fortune I bomb my board exams or become a dental hygiene drop-out with only weeks to go! Ha, enough of that! My break was great and much needed, too!We bought and decorated our first Christmas tree! Brett did the lights---there were 900 on that little thing! Good thing he has lots of patience! We did enough of the extended family parties to last at least a year. Hung out with some friends I hadn't seen for a while. Braved the holiday crowds. Saw Narnia, King Kong, Dick&Jane, and Just Friends. Got warm in front of the fireplace while Brett burned his old homework from the semester. Spent lots of time with the family and all Brett's nieces and nephews. This is Ruby (my fave)! Maybe i'm a little biased, but is she not the cutest thing ever?! Check out those thighs! Didn't cook very many meals...we were always on the run! Worked a little more than what i normally do! (Melissa, can you believe it?!) I didn't make it up to the slopes, but Kolby has been begging me, so maybe on one of my days off! It was so nice to be LAZY and spend lots of time with Brett! This picture was taken at an extended family party...we're acting like we are enjoying it! ha ha
