Dodge--the pup
This is the newest addition to our family! Bridger got a new blue-tick hound dog. He named the pup "Dodge." The other one on the couch next to mom (you can only see her rear) is his friend's pup--"Maddie." Bridger is really into hunting and he takes his hounds on mountain lion hunts. A couple of months ago his dog "Trouble" got swatted off a cliff by one of the big cats they were chasing, sadly Trouble didn't make it and it was pretty traumatic for Bridger. So, this is a new hunter (in training) to fill the shoes. They are so cute...like all pups...then they get big!
He's not big enough to live outside yet because he can get through the fence of the dog runs, so we played with him all weekend inside and outside! We apparently tuckered him right out!
This was so cute...tongue out and all! He slept in this postition for quite a while...for some reason he likes to lay right between the couch cushions! He is really feisty and of course bites like crazy as most pups do! Every time it bit me i would say "OWWWW" and he would start to use his baby hound howl to mimick me---so cute!!

that is so sad, but the new bog looks really cute! I am so sad we can't have a dog in our apartment. I am so excited for you guys to move, it is going to be such an adventure
hooray for puppies!! I will just have to enjoy them from a distance. I can't believe Taylor won't let me get one (even though it is against housing rules...)Taylor's dog was lost in a hunting accident too and they have yet to replace him. I think these little hounds make a big place in the hearts of our rough and tough boys.
Also, your hot dog roast looks fantastic! That post reminded me of our outdoor adventures, we will for sure have to get together and do one of those again before you guys move, banana boats and all....
P.S. You guys should come up to Logan again, we could go to Firehouse Pizzeria and laugh our bums off while watching Blades of Glory.....
Ohhh, so cute! I never liked dogs or understood why people love dogs, until i got one. And i absolutley adore her!! Have you found a job yet?
